How credits
get spent.
A credit is the unit of work. One balance covers both stills and video, so you decide the split each month rather than paying for two products.
Only successful runs count
If a render fails on our side, the credits go back. You are never charged for our error.
They reset each billing month
Your monthly allowance refreshes on your renewal date. Top-up credits you have bought stay until you use them.
The cost of a render is shown in the studio before you run it, so nothing is ever spent by surprise. If you want the rates in advance to work out a budget, ask us.
Billing
Money questions.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you paid for ends. No cancellation fee, ever. Full detail in refunds and cancellation.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your monthly allowance resets on renewal. Credits bought as a top-up do not expire with the month — they stay on your account until spent.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Buy a top-up and carry on. You do not have to upgrade your plan or wait for the next cycle.
Is GST included?
Prices on this page are before tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we tell you before it takes effect so you can decide first.
What payment methods do you take?
Cards and the usual Indian payment methods, handled by our payment provider so card details go to them and never to us.
