Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the Eunimart Tech AI platform, operated by Eunimart Tech AI Private Limited. Using the service means you accept them.

1. Using the service

You must be able to enter a binding contract. Use the platform lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

2. Your content and licensing

• Free plan output is licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
• Paid plans include a commercial licence covering marketing, client work, packaging, and paid media.
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads do not infringe anyone else's rights.

3. What you may not generate

No unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content, and nothing that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eunimart Tech AI Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised version.
